In Spring of 1997, Dale's went online with a small web site at www.dales-shoes.com. It worked well, but relying on outside web design in the ever-changing shoe business led to a need for change. In the Fall of 1998 a full-time webmaster-manager joined the team and extensive expansions to our online presence were made. Several years later, we are pleased to serve customers nationwide with a fully functional, interactive and secure site for online transactions.

With monthly hit counts in the millions, hundreds of thousands of happy customers and a full-time Customer Service staff, the online division has seen massive growth. We now offer our entire inventory in an easy-to-use, database-driven web site that maintains 99.9% accuracy on in-stock items.

Our combined staff has 100+ years experience in the shoe business.
